I earned my Bachelor of Science from Georgia Tech and my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. My experience includes working with individuals of all ages, couples and groups in private practice, church, school, and community settings.

I have advanced training and utilize an integrated approach that incorporates techniques from many disciplines including Trauma Recovery, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction; Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies; Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT); Gottman Method; Developing Capable People; Crisis Intervention; Suicide Assessment and Prevention; Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Enneagram, and Play and Art Therapy.
