I earned my Bachelor of Science from Auburn University in Human Development and Family Studies and my Master of Arts from Auburn University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Georgia Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC007223) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC #1236148). My experience includes working with individuals, families, and groups of all ages in settings such as intensive outpatient treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric units, and private practice settings.
I have completed advanced training and continue to train in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a highly effective, evidence-based form of therapy for relationship issues. Furthermore, I participate in individualized ongoing supervision with Elaine Gibson, M.Ed., LMFT, LPC, CPCS.
In addition, I often utilize helpful tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, The Gottman Institute, as well as the Enneagram.

Outside of Therapy:
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends, and family. Some of my favorite things include hiking, music, college football, cooking, and traveling.
